Yes! There are no monthly fees. Hotlane adds a small service fee to each tip to cover payment processing and platform costs. The fee scales down on larger tips — so the more generous the tip, the lower the percentage. You keep 100% of the tip amount — the service fee is paid by the tipper.

Tips go directly to your Stripe account. During setup, you'll connect your Stripe account (or create one for free). Payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule, typically 2 business days.

Share your Hotlane link or QR code with your audience. They can visit your page, choose a tip amount, optionally add a song request, and pay with a card. No app download needed.

Yes! Tippers can include a song request and a backup song with their tip. Requests appear on your dashboard in real-time. Fulfilling requests is at your discretion.

All tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions. See our full refund policy for details.
